Shipping Policy

Order Processing All prints are made to order and require a production period of 2–7 business days before dispatch. Original artworks are dispatched within 3 business days of payment being received.

Shipping Timeframes Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Australia: 3–10 business days
  • New Zealand: 5–14 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–21 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–21 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–30 business days

These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered. Original artworks are packed solidly and securely, which often adds weight to the item, thereby adding to shipping cost, and then insurance cost is added to this. If you require more information prior to purchasing an original artwork, please email me at fred@fredwhitsonart.com.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number where available. Original artworks will have insurance cover added at the customer's expense, to insure against loss or damage. Customers will receive a tracking number for the package.

Separate Shipments If you order a print alongside an original artwork, these may be fulfilled and shipped separately, arriving at different times.

International Orders & Customs International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at fred@fredwhitsonart.com with your order number and photos of any damage. I will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue promptly. In the case of an original artwork arriving damaged, please email me clear photos of the damage to the artwork as well as proof of purchase so that an insurance claim may be initiated
